IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: WE TABULATED OUR INTERVIEWS WITH THE GRADUATES FROM THE OCTOBER, 1999 TEXAS EXAM PREP & REVIEW SEMINAR AND COMPARED THEM TO THE RESULTS THAT THE BOARD OF REGISTRATION PUBLISHES. THE NUMBERS ARE AWESOME!! FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE WE'VE TABULATED THEM BELOW.

EXAMINATION NAME PERCENT OF THOSE WHO TOOK OUR LAST SEMINAR WHO PASSED PERCENT OF THOSE WHO DIDN'T TAKE OUR LAST SEMINAR WHO PASSED
TEXAS LEGAL EXAM 63.6% 38.0%
TEXAS ANALYTICAL EXAM 57.1% 28.3%
FUNDAMENTALS (SIT) EXAM 50.0% 34.0%

The exam passing rate of our graduates is far superior to the record of that of those who haven't taken our seminar. In short, if you want a competitive edge you've come to the right place! Here’s what some of our graduates have told us:

"The 'bond' with others in the class will be invaluable -- not just for exam time but through the years. The "bond" during the exam will be wonderful -- a unified group that knows what we are doing and why we are doing it ........you kept telling us we already knew everything we needed to know -- you just pulled it out! Thanks for your time -- you did a lot more than required"...........................................................Nedra Foster, Silsbee, Texas

"I enjoyed the seminar!!! ... it helped and improved my thinking about the test. I recommend the seminar to anyone taking the SIT or Legal & Analytical portion of the test."....................Matt Lampe, Brenham, Texas

"I believe that this seminar has given me a greater insight for the upcoming registration exam and greatly increased my confidence level. I wish that I had attended a similar seminar by Ted Madson six years past. If I had done so, I would be registered now. I learned a lot. Thank you."............James D. Whitaker, El Paso, Texas

Although our course has raised our graduate's average pass rate to a level far above that of the other examinees, we're still aiming at a 100% pass rate. To accomplish this, we include study group sessions and our open student forum for questions and answers. This seminar is specific to law and other specifics relating to the State RPLS section of the exam.  Richard Alan Welch will teach this seminar.

Since the Board of Registration doesn't notify you whether you'll be allowed to take the exam until the last moment, we'll gladly refund your registration totally or credit you as paid in full for the October, 2009 if the Board doesn't give you permission to take the April, 2009, exam.

Class starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. daily. You're on your own for lunch. Study groups are formed and encouraged nightly after the seminar. Refunds or Rain Checks for the October 2009 Exam Prep Seminar will only be made to those persons who produce written documentation that they've been informed by the Board that they'll not be allowed to take the April, 2009 exam.

The registration fee for the three-day seminar is $595.00 An additional fee of $50.00 is made for students who do not stay at the seminar hotel for the entire seminar.
